My Lovely Church Calling

I am one of the assistant librarians in my ward. I work in the library every Sunday during 1 to 2 hours after Sacrament meeting as well as on Wednesday nights, when there are mid-week youth and Scout activities. I really love my calling. However, things were quite slow and boring for me yesterday, with only one person checking out supplies for a Scout activity, and so I decided to "crash" the Young Women's father-daughter activity that was taking place in the gym.

The Young Women and their dads did a lot of fun-looking activities. During one activity, all the girls had to answer questions about their dads. It was like some sort of trivia game. Peggy Marshall was in charge of this activity.

There were other activities as well. There was some sort of competition between each set of girls & dads that involved fingernail polish (yuck!), and running back and forth from their seats and sitting on balloons to pop them. I didn't get a picture of this though, because my camera battery was running low.
